Superchunk cover Galaxie 500 on new 'Wintry Mix' EP
Superchunk have just thrown their hat into the Xmas ring with a five-song EP of mostly covers, one of which is a lively cover of Galaxie 500’s Snowstorm.
The EP has been released as a limited edition double-7” which can be pre-ordered from their Bandcamp where you can also grab a digital copy - I’d guess it’ll be arriving on the streaming service of your choice soon, if it hasn’t already,
As well as the Galaxie 500 cover there’s a Superchunk original, and covers of Wham (you know which one) and The Magnetic Fields.
